Both oven and Oven Stand are now in one box making it much more cost efficient for shipping and for customer pick up.
Both top and bottom stones are now thicker making them a little more resistant to cracks.
Both top and bottom stones are the same thickness and shape.
If needed, customers can easily switch top to bottom.

Stainless Steel look provides a much richer and modern look to the oven.
ALL INTERIOR STAINLESS 304
The 304 stainless provides a heavy-duty interior.
The cast iron turntable is now perforated making it a little more resistant to warping.
Also provides better heat distribution to the stone.
SHAFT PIN REMOVED
By removing the pin on the shaft, it now has less weight on the motor.
Motor uses less force and lasts longer.
DUO BURNER 54.000BTU
To help balance the heat Fornoteca now has 2 x 54 000 BTU burners. Even heat distribution from both sides.
Both left and right burner can easily be controlled by customer.

BUILT IN IGNITOR
Ignitor location has been moved away from the heat so no melting switches.
New location is to the far right of the oven.
Wheels have been reinforced making them much sturdier.
The Fornoteca Duetto easily converts to a counter top oven by gripping the padded handles at the sides and lifting the oven straight up to detach it from the stand.
